Enhancements

• Allow default_refresh option when mounting a dashboard in a router.

  The refresh rate controls how frequently the server pulls statistics from the database, and when data is pushed from the server. The default refresh rate is 1 second, but you can now customize it when mounting a dashboard.

  For example, to set the default refresh to 5 seconds:

  scope "/" do
    pipe_through :browser
  
    oban_dashboard "/oban", default_refresh: 5
  end

  This makes it easy to reduce the load on your database when a lot of users are viewing Oban dashboards.
